Buildings for the production of wet wipes are designed according to the so-called “Clean Area” Principles.

Engineering solutions typical of those used in pharmaceutics and microelectronics were applied in the course of construction and engineering works. One of these solutions is “a workshop in a workshop” technology, when the air preparation system keeps microorganisms and mechanical parts from getting in from outside. The inner workshops are sealed; special environmental conditions regarding air humidity, air temperature and air composition are maintained in these workshops. These conditions are achieved by a special air treatment system as well as by humidifiers.

The access to the workshop is organized through the tambour entry system that resembles in its principle of operation a floodgate. In the first tambour operators leave their outdoor clothes and in the second  - change into white coats, put on caps and face masks and disinfect their hands.

The plant is equipped with Italian production lines, which guarantee:

• automatic preparation of the saturating solution in accordance with the mix formula;

• ultraviolet treatment of the nonwoven materials;

• automatically controlled proportioning of the lotion;

• faultless packaging process; packaging available: in units divisible by 5;

• 100% guarantee of hermetic sealing of packages;

• 3 filtration stages of the water used in the production process;

Functional check is performed on regular basis according to the servicing schedule. Control procedures are properly regulated and are taken as a basis for Quality Management System called «Just for You» which provides strict quality control during all production stages.
